Upon arrival, a representative will be waiting for you at the designated meeting point at Tulum International Airport. You will receive a message with: a photo of your driver or identification sign, contact number, and exact meeting point location.
We offer up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the moment your flight lands. During this period, we’ll stay in touch via WhatsApp to coordinate your exit.
